I want to give negative ratings.

I visited in 2018, It was all good. Visited few days back for dinner and decided will never ever go back.

We were group of 6, 5 adults one 9 year old child. We told them we will order a-la-carte for the child as he won't be able to finish the set menu and he eats too little. They said no matter what, either all of you order ala-carte or set menu. We explained it to them they kept saying only one thing "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy". Finally we decided to order veg set menu for him too and another person.

They had option of chicken set menu (aed 150) and another Seafood set menu (aed 200).

Two of the members are allergic to sea food and hence we decided to order for them chicken set menu and for remaining two Sea food set menu.

Again this person comes up and says as per our policy all of you have to either order chicken set menu or Seafood set menu. You cannot choose to order two different set menus. No matter how much we explained him "that the two guys are allergic to seafood" he was adamant and same answer "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy".

He gave us an option to order all four Seafood (AED 200) set menu. He will replace the seafood dishes with additional chicken dishes.

I asked him what logic does it make. His answer was same :) "Not Possible - Restaurant Policy".

Looked like, no matter what, they want the guest to order the 200 AED set menu.

Now to the food, they served, chicken, mutton and fish dishes. All of them had almost the same gravy. Looked like they had common gravy in which they put cooked chicken, mutton and fish on top of it. :)

None had even smiles on their face. It gave us an impression that management might not be treating them well and with such policies, which are beyond any logic, they had to implement it on...

Yesterday we went for diwali dinner Unfortunately our experience was not what we expected. We were told that they only had a set menu which was a sharing menu. However we couldn't just order 2 and share amongst us 4 Which makes no sense if you say its sharing.

So what happend was we received our first set menu to share and we're told they would keep an eye on our table to replenish any dishes that were empty. Unfortunately we were told the kitchen is going to close so what happend was we basically had 2 set menu dishes delivered to our table and had no time for round 3 or 4 as the restaurant was closing and they were removing all candles and music was shut down which we didn't mind so much as it was terrible loud. However we felt the pressure that we had to leave.

I don't think it's nice that we were told we all had to order a set menu however in the end only were able to enjoy 2 but had to pay for 4. We had a full table full of food left and we're not allowed to take it with us. Our bill was 1700aed almost and I think its an absolute joke.. we didn't even pay this when we had dinner in zabeel saraj.

Music was extremely loud as if you were at a disco it was a mix from indian and Spanish songs which made no sense. The outside deck had no atmosphere or decoration.

Very disappointed Our waiter was extremely nice and it wasn't his fault at all he just told us what his supervisor informed him.

I was beyond thrilled to visit them and loved every minute of the experience dining here.

From their décor which was made up of breath-taking murals & ornate details indoor and some breath-taking views of the #palmjumeirah outdoors.

Of course, their service & food is beyond excellent offering their guests intricate and rich North Indian palette.

Their accolades include multiple awards & being amongst the top 5 restaurants in the city they have truly created a niche for themselves.

We tried their Exclusive Seasonal menu available for @150 AED which includes an assortment of starters, 6 medium portions of the mains accompanied with assorted breads, rice & ends with two heavenly desserts. Perfect for a sharing for a couple 💕

Have the fine dine experience at an affordable price, it cannot get any better than this 😊
