Today at McDonald’s in Dubai Airport, we had an extremely disappointing experience. Our order was prepared slowly and without urgency, even though the terminal had been showing “order ready” for 4 minutes. We only received it later, without any apology. The cappuccino was scalding hot — so much so that it was impossible to hold the cup, let alone drink it. This is a blatant violation of coffee preparation standards, as the temperature should never pose a safety hazard to customers. Ordered a regular cheeseburger meal and was surprised it contains 2 burgers! The serving lady was nice, she offered to bring my order to my table though I selected self-collection. If not for her I would rate this Mac even lower. The food is standard Mac food. What is disgusting is the cleanliness of the place. Tables are not cleaned after diners leave.
