The staff at this hotel are very friendly and efficient and helpful. Initially my room on mezzanine level was noisy due to the temporary construction of the pool area. The staff moved me without complaint and assisted my move with luggage. I'd forgotten my medical ice pack in the bar fridge so staff collected for me. Staff assisted with luggage to check out also and front desk staff and hospitality staff were always friendly and offering assistance. I've got disabilities and travelling alone so I was very pleased with the excellent level of service. This is my first trip to Dubai enroute to Europe and I have booked to return to this hotel enroute home to Brisbane. Need a taxi from the airport to the hotel but they have a free shuttle service from 12pm to terminal 1 and 3. There's a restaurant and Le Styles Cafe and 24hr room service in the hotel. Prince from the cafe always had my favourite chai with extra cookies. The only issue I and two other guests had was a miscommunication with the shuttle pick up service from the Dubai shopping mall. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the hotel at 10am to the huge Dubai shopping mall. We were dropped off at the 'tourist pickup area's at the basement parking entrance & there's only one scheduled pickup point at 5pm. I arrived early at the pick up point crosswalk at 415pm and the other guests at 420pm. We waited at the crosswalk btwn stop 1&2 and we didn't see any shuttle service with Ibis Styles or grand Mercure signs. The traffic control officer was also looking for the shuttle for me. By 545pm we'd realised we're stranded. The shuttle service is not run by the hotel but by a transportation service. Fortunately I had global roaming and called my hotel, very difficult to hear as traffic noise. Hotel staff investigated and called me back a few times with updates. The mecure guests gave up waiting by 615pm and walked 20mins to the Dubai shopping mall metro station, I've got disabilities and heart condition and had been standing for 2hrs waiting so couldn't walk to the metro, no taxi rank nearby. By 7pm hotel Mgr organised for the shuttle to return to collect me. Unfortunately Dubai traffic was horrendous and the usual 25min trip took 1hr 15m to collect me at 815pm. So I had been standing 4hrs with disabilities. I couldn't climb into the shuttle without significant back pain, couldn't sit on the seat, sat sideways - struggled to get out of the bus, struggled to walk and struggled to sit. Took a lot of pain medication that had little affects. The trip to the hotel was luckily 25mins. Upon arrival the driver supervisor apologized. The manager and hotel staff looked after me. The manager took me to the dining room for a meal and anything I wanted as I'd not had dinner. The manager advised they're investigating what happened as it's not acceptable to leave guests stranded. I've got no complaints about the hotel management and staff. I've suggested a few solutions for the shuttle pick up service from the Dubai shopping mall tourist pick up area for future guests pick up. Especially if the shuttle doesn't have a sign the guests can easily identify with the hundreds of white shuttle buses driving by the hectic pick up area. I'm checking out and will be back in July. Hopefully the shuttle service pick up is more reliable. I think it was a new driver for the pick up service so some confusion on how and where to collect guests from the original drop-off location. I'm not in pain today so that is a relief. I'm very grateful for management to send the shuttle service back to collect me from the Dubai shopping mall. Greatly...

The Hotel facilities is great, the pool is amazing. One in mezzanine and one in the roof top. - the only missing is the gym as it is paid for ibis guest. But hopefully they should provide even a small gym for ibis guest also. There is a ping pong table where every one can play any time. Computer is available too.. you can sit nicely in there lobby and have a good coffee from krizzha. The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely 5 star. Room- cleanliness is good ..city view is excellent. But I suggest for close cabinet to be provide not an open one. Toilet should have 2 doors as we can't used at same time.
Hotel Staff- five star to all of you guys. Hope you guys will get your credits from the company.
Breakfast is great- they listened to suggestions and even do some changes on the menu the next day.
Location very closed to GGICO metro or they called it now Garhoud metro it's 3mins walk.

I am writing to share my feedback about our recent stay at your hotel from 24th December 2024 to 4th January 2025. While we were initially looking forward to a comfortable and pleasant stay, several issues left us feeling disappointed.
Firstly, there was no hot water available for three consecutive days, which was highly inconvenient, especially during the winter season. Despite raising this issue, it remained unresolved, which was very frustrating.
Secondly, the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable and caused us significant backaches. When we approached the hotel staff for a solution, there was no effective resolution offered. Eventually, we had to request extra duvets and layer them on the mattress just to make it somewhat bearable.
Additionally, on three separate days, we were not provided with fresh towels. We had to call housekeeping late at night to request them, which disrupted our plans and added unnecessary inconvenience.
Cleanliness was another major concern. The cups provided in the room were dirty, the rugs were visibly stained, and the water jet in the toilet was very dirty, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable.
Lastly, the room lacked basic amenities. Aside from shower gel, no additional essentials such as cotton buds or other toiletries were provided. It would be considerate to offer a wider range of amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.
We had chosen Ibis Styles for its reputation for comfort and service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations. I hope these matters are addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
