TIHAMA MANDI RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Dubai

This was my second and last time here, when i enter, the receptionist attitude is very rude, when i ask can i do card payment first she said no, then she ask what u will order, the amount was AED 27 after she exposing the card machine, i mean what kind of joke is this.

The food i order is not what i get, it’s different and no taste (not the mandi really), when i call they dont want to accept the mistake and blaming me.

Staff need proper training that how to treat costumers,

It’s better to order from cream more good mandi...

Worst experience this 2025 I've been eating here since 2023 but those people working on this place are not in same!! They didn't do they job they customer must be priority but they didn't care about customer!!! Hope you change the people if you wanted this restaurant to be on decayed.. Staff are rude and non co operative No cleanliness in the restaurant

The food given to us was stale and old .... When we complained about it ... They were not ready to accept it.... And made us pay for stale and bad food which we didn't eat.... I would put a complaint against the restaurant for serving...
