McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

If I could give the experience no stars then I would. Made an order on Just eat, when the order arrived the receipt was correct but the food I ordered was completely wrong (I ordered a Big Mac and chicken selects and was given a veg burger and veg wrap). We tired to phone the store but there was no answer. So we drove to the store, when I went all the staff where talking loudly amongst themselves, swearing and acting unprofessional. The manager approached me and when I made her aware of the mistake she laughed at me and said, “I’ll replace the food” no apology or anything. The food was thrown at me and the manager walked away to again speak loudly with her colleagues. I continued to wait as my order was still in complete. It was around 5 minutes more before another member of staff came to complete the order. Got the wrong order from just eat, phoned them got told it was the delivery drivers fault when infact I had been given the receipt on the bag with my order just the wrong items, so after trying to call multiple times and getting ignored I decided to drive up,

Drove up got there and got our food rewarmed not even recooked. Chips are horrible and shambles on the manager for letting her staff take the brunt of it when she was available to deal with the situation,

Especially when it wasn't busy they had 1 person sat in. You'd think they'd at least cook it fresh as a replacement 👌 no apologies or anything from the manager.

I've worked in hospitality and I tell you that not one of them had a hair net on either 🤮🤮🤮

Safe to say trading standards will be contacted as I'm not the only one...

I've went through drive -through this morning to order some breakfast before heading to work. I've chosen the right side gate as before I've went for the left one and been ignored. Thought the right one gets served first for some reason. Turns out today was different. I was a single car to start with. After two cars got served on the other gate, guy behind me and myself decided to switch (thought the right side gate was damaged or something). After we've moved onto the left one another car took our previous spot and.. just got served instantly. Bottom line - I came around first and got served last (5 cars served before me).
