Truffles — Restaurant in Adur

I bought a steak & kidney pie from who I though were a good company, this morning... it was definately and too obviously a re-heat from yesterday, it had small offcuts of steak & kidney with around 60% gravy and served by a typical modern young man with no personality, humour or customer awareness. The pie was better than a corner shop 'cheapie' but outranked by many nowadays, especially The Real Pie Company. It also breaks my heart to spend so much on just a pie and especially when I know for a fact that the cost is covering the masses of food that is thrown away in their skip at Mackleys...

Oh my god they do the best homemade sausagerolls and steak and kidney pie and jam doughnut and the staff is so friendly and kind and happy and caring and loving and amazing people who work there its just amazing the people who work there have the time and patience and make them beautiful mouthwatering cakes the staff who work there should have a hug and clap and say well done to them so come on down and have there beautiful cakes and...

Extremely expensive but all Truffles are, the staff here are so rude! Not a regular customer but at least 3 times I've now been here and as I've walked in they were busy slagging off the previous customer. They are short and rude when talking to people, almost seems an inconvenience to have people in thier shop. I don't understand how they are all like it! It must be due to whoever is...
