A well kept secret. Windsurfers, excellent cafe more a restaurant serving excellent food right on beach. Seat to the rear are within a foot of the best. At low tide miles and miles of sand and on very low rides you can walk into Worthing and beyond around the end of the pier. Unfortunately the secret is slow getting out and people cone from other areas to be here to point car park was upgraded in last few years. A safe beach for children as apposed to others that shelve steeply. Highly recommend to families with young ones. Dogs are allowed, please clean up. Read moreVery disappointing - Had lunch here on the Bank Holiday Monday with a group of friends, asked for 3 Greek salads. They came out in small cardboard bowls, half filled, sprinkled with Feta (if you could find it) over chopped cucumber, onion and tomato with no seasoning. It tasted of nothing and we paid £6 each for the privilege. It was a shame as sitting in the garden was lovely. To top it off as we left we noticed other Greek Salads being served on proper plates with cubes of Feta as you would expect. Don't know why we received the service we did. Very disappointed ☹️. Will not take the chance of eating there again 😔 wish we had taken...

We had a lovely lunch of a fish finger roll, a hot dog and extremely cheesy chips from the little cafe kiosk right on the beach near the kids playground washed down with really good coffee. It was freshly cooked (we had to wait for a few minutes) and very reasonably priced. The only downside was that it was a bit chilly when the wind blew but it was the end of March and right on the coast so it wasn't totally unexpected.
