A year ago this curry house tasted fresh. The last two times I’ve ordered my food, it tasted stale and rotten. Why are you not preparing fresh food anymore? Twice now my Salmon was awful, I remember it tasting amazing. I’m really upset about this, as I’ve just been recovering from gastritis and the first day that I have my appetite back, you serve to me rotten food, that made me sick? Clear your fridges and freezers out and start over or you will lose your business. I can’t see this place turning a healthy profit with the standards I’ve witnessed today. This is business advice, I bet you guys are scratching your heads wondering why it’s hard to turn a profit? Change your practices back to how I know they can be and people will come. Fact! Read moreTried the Naaz a few years back but wasn't impressed. Thought I'd try again based on good reviews but can't understand where they came from. Maybe I've been unlucky with a one off bad curry. Delivery was earlier than expected which is good, however, the food was cold. The rice was actually fridge cold which is a real worry. The naan was in a foil bag but was stone cold so must have been put in cold. The onion bhajis were cold and chewy and bland, not nice and crispy. The curry, cold and very bland. I ordered chicken chili masala but no fresh chillis in it whatsoever as described, just peppers and onions and a pile of chilli powder. Not really any other spices so no taste, worst I've ever had. Very expensive as well and no free poppadom like you get from every other takeaway out there. Lesson learned, will not order from...
Read moreWe booked as a table of 4 for 6.00 pm last evening. Usually we have been very happy with Naaz but unfortunately our evening was marred by the staff informing us before 8.00 pm that they needed our table. We had not actually finished our drinks and the bill had been thrust at us - we had not been offered desserts or coffees. The food was well cooked but sadly the way we were unceremoniously herded out of the restaurant left a bad taste all round. We thought the attitude very rude. There had been no mention previously that the table was double booked. We will not be revisiting which is a shame as many of our friends really enjoyed a night at the Naaz previously. They bare putting profit...
