Thought I'd go to a pub with some friends who I hadn't seen in a while due to University and such other things. It all started well, overlooking the relatively dear price tag on each beer, until the bar lady started being incredibly rude to us regarding some torn up coasters. Granted, it was an inconvenience to her and we apologised accordingly for the mess. This was, until, some fat, drunk-ed (seemingly local) started 'mouthing off' to us. We brushed him off being as we didn't want to let the incident spoil our evening. We continued to chat, before once again, this train wreck of a man persisted on ruining our night. He told us that if we didn't have a drink (which we'd just finished) we'd have to leave for taking up spaces in this vacant PUBLIC HOUSE. At this point we'd simply had enough and called it a night. Awful Landlord. Awful Staff. Awful Pub. A 1 star rating is simply not low enough.

The taste made me feel sick, tasted like dirty oil and the sauce had separated. Someone else I was with had the carbonara too and there's didn't have the oil issue like mine however they did spend the next 24-48 hours with food poisoning and now the sight of carbonara makes them ill. Read moreThis pub, sports bar, restaurant has an eclectic mix of patrons all adding to it's broad appeal. The bar is very well stocked with plenty of choice of beers ales & ciders. Wine & cocktails too although these are a bit pricey. To counter this there is a happy hour from 15:00 with a selection of beers for £3.50
Sky sports is on all the time & the mix track is ok...
