Absolutely appaling service. Ordered through Just Eat! We ordered just after 5 p.m and it said it would be delivered between 6:10 p.m and 6:30 p.m. At about 6:30, our food still hadn't arrived. We gave it another 10 minutes, as we tried calling the restaurant and the line was busy every time. Then we asked for an update about our food through just eat. Finally the restaurant says it will arrive by 7:10 p.m and the driver is on the way. Just eat sends a message saying that we can request money back, and this won't cancel our order. So we did that. About 2 minutes later we get a refund and a message saying our order has been cancelled. I finally get through to the restaurant and they said that just eat told them that we asked for our order to be cancelled. Then I said no, just eat said if we request money back, our order wouldn't be cancelled. Then he says that he cancelled the order and why should we get our food if we want a refund. After 2 hours of waiting, we never got our food in the end and had to reorder from somewhere else. Avoid...

You could tell the fish was frozen and so were the chips, no quality to them at all. The only items which tasted fresh and nice were the kebabs but as a result my food came 20 minutes after everyone's. The bread for my dish came straight after placing the order wheras my food came over half an hour later and we were told the bread that came at the beginning was supposed to be with my dish and if I wanted more, I had to buy more which is extremely ridiculous as there was no indication who the bread was for so we assumed it was for the table as most Turkish restaurants do. It makes no sense for them to arrive so far apart. We called upon the staff several times and were ignored.

I had the worst experience in this place last night. They informed my friend that it was £5 minimum for card payments, which is fine and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude when I asked if he could have some extra meat in his box to make up the price, but he point back refused aggressively. This was greedy of them and no way to make business. I then wanted to order a diet coke and the other guy behind the counter mentioned 'this girl she wants everything'. He was asking my partner if he was my boyfriend to which my partner was like I am not sure why you are asking, and because he didn't understand, he called him a 'spastic' which it totally unacceptable. I will NEVER enter foot in here again and I hope people ready this review to understand how disgusting those...
