The Station — Restaurant in Arun

This used to be 1 of the best pubs about.. but I now refuse to step foot in the place.. so desperate(it seems after covid) to attract customers.. they've started a drinks deal any bottle beer/alcopop+ a short n mixer+ a shot.. £5.. now before you all start thinking what a great idea this is and how cheap.. let me tell you why I won't step foot in there.. I go out to have fun catch up with mates and have a laugh. Now each if us has that friend who shouldn't mix there drinks yet here's the station offering just that for£5.. the atmosphere is 1 of a powder keg.. just waiting for that 1 wrong look or that 1 wrong word. Not even 9/10 meant for the person who catches it but.. that's mixing your drinks for ya.. I know I used to manage this place back in the day.. and it wasn't easy then either.. all I say is.. of you want a hood night out with mates and enjoy it.. then stay away. As what you drink here or what someone else does will ruin the rest of your night.. the horror stories I've already heard I'd never write as...

The Station has completely turned around since the new landlord, Kieron, took over. It used to have a bit of a bad rep, but that’s all in the past now. The place has been totally overhauled and has a great atmosphere with regular live entertainment and music that really brings the place to life. The facilities are top-notch too, with two pool tables and several dart boards – perfect for a night out with friends. It’s now one of the best spots in the area for a fun, lively evening. I have the pleasure of providing karaoke services at Station Sports Bar, and I can honestly say it’s always a great experience. Kieron, Toni, and the entire team have done a fantastic job transforming the venue into a true sports bar. The atmosphere is welcoming, the energy is always high, and the team couldn’t be more supportive. It’s a top spot whether you're in for the big game, a few drinks with mates, or a fun night of karaoke....
