Syrup cafe — Restaurant in Arun

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Been here before after friend recommended it and was great. Went today and ordered 2 BLT for take away. Drove to Beach and opened bag and had been given 2 chips and 2 full breakfasts, we took them back and was shocked that they just put them in another bag straight out for delivery again, and then said the other customer bought the BLT back and then they proceeded to give me the same bacon sandwiches that they had given to another customer and expected me to eat it, after someone else had taken it away in their car. Refused me a refund. If they cut corners like this and I can only imagine what else they cut corners on. So annoyed with this cafe , especially as driven 30 minutes to get there. First visit to this place in about nine years as I returned to my old hometown craving which was one of my favourite places to eat in the town. First thing I noticed is that they had extended their cafe which was great to see. I found a table upon arrival which still had an old used bottle on it and was covered in talk. Ok, its Saturday afternoon and its busy so I accept that. I queued up and was greeted with a dark haired lady who was in her 40s and had had botox and her lips done and was totally disgusted with her attitude with customers! Been visiting this place with my family for years and was truly disappointed with today’s service, we waited 40 minutes for our food and normally we are warned if there’s a long wait, the children’s burger my daughter was served was half the size of the bun, over cooked, shrunk and dry, tasteless, and the Cajun wraps me and my other two children had were full of cheese and tomatoe and 2 Smalls peices Of chicken.
