Lulamae's — Restaurant in Arun

Having lived in Arundel forever, my wife and I often pop into town for breakfast when we have the opportunity. We've never been to Lulamae's before, in fact, we've often walked past it without due consideration. However, after today's experience, I could now kick myself for all of the times that I've missed out over the months and years foregone... The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB! Not only was both the food and the coffee spectacular, along with being super high-quality produce and super-speedy service out the kitchen, (especially noting that every single table was occupied), the service was second to none and the atmosphere was very chic. The chap who was serving and running front-of-house was great and always smiling and chirpy, especially considering that even though the place was busy. The whole experience was faultless! We'll definitely be visiting...

Whilst the dining area is understandably small, the food and service are both excellent. The staff are really friendly and the food and drinks were ordered and delivered with utmost efficiency. We noticed a fair few takeaway orders during our brief stay, and I'd especially like to thank the customer who did so with the front door open the entire time - for that al fresco experience. In all seriousness though, the staff were lovely, the food was delicious, the facilities were tidy, the service was swift and the pricing was reasonable. Even if the dining area is full, rest assured you won't regret your choice. Takeaway coffee and cake by the river is a very nice proposition as...

Visited this tearoom for the first time today although we go to Arundel very often. This is a small place and we were lucky to get a table at 1.30 on a Tuesday during school holidays. I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon which were delicious,washed down with a generous,tasty pot of tea,served in nice china.Hubby had the £9.50 tea..8 assorted finger sandwiches (ham was thick and yummy he said) followed by a LARGE fruit scone,jam and clotted cream. Plus an excellent LARGE cup of coffee with cream. Service was slow but cheerful. Food excellent and VERY reasonably priced. Soooo glad we tried...
