KFC Ashford - Eureka Leisure Park — Restaurant in Ashford

This KFC, unfortunately does not sell food of KFC standards.. my take away order was for a fillet burger, Zinger burger and hot wings. The fillet was loaded with salt, crusty and over cooked at the edges, fillet was not a fillet (very thin and dripping in oil) mayo on the roll like a lump, and the Zinger burger was the same. Poor quality food, which does not serve KFC standards. I am sure they are busy and may have to cater for a lot of their customers, but this is NO EXCUSE at all. Me and my family visit this place occasionally and though we felt that the food served here is consistently poor quality and did not meet KFC standards, this particular order was just not what you serve your customers. During the time I ordered, there were not many customers, it was quiet ..so what is the real excuse here? All the food went to the bi, the fillet was salty so my daughter did not want to eat anything and a strange smelly oil too which put us off. (did not do any pictures )By the looks of it oil hadn't been changed and was overheated to cook anything. I made a call immediately, which was attended by the manager who shared that he will investigate this matter and provide a refund. But the point is refund does not solve the problem!! Improving the quality of food, and sticking to KFC standards may help customers return but please don't sell horrible food and...

Useless foreigners serving with poor English . An arrogant rude English supervisor called Chloe who takes no responsibility for her staff or operation.

It's such hard work ordering here every time I've been I've had an order error and poor service. I had to ask a member of serving staff multiple times what came with a each choice of meal. Might as well let me serve myself and give me a discount.

Speaking of discounts this is a kfc where staff often discard your receipt I find myself having to ask for it. Totally unacceptable it's your proof of purchase and you lose the option of entering the survey for the discount voucher. Also having offered poor service serving the member of staff gets away with it as their name would be on...

last night i went and eat in here we had a 14 piece bucket , but after meny visit this was the worse meal from here it as old meat and some of it was old dry meat possibly recooked as it had gone brown but on complaining all i got was that it was freshly cooked, but after a few minutes they replaced the remainder of the meal and we left,since then 2 out 3 of us that had the meal had spend most of the morning on the toilet and left us feel a little delicate . It did not taste as nice and juicy like it normally dose but we just thought maybe it had been sat next to the new stronger flavoured chicken , but it seems like we will have to find another kfc to go to, even my dog as been sick this morning as she had some of the new chicken...
