The Kennington Cafe — Restaurant in Ashford

On a tremendously rainy summer's day, we stumbled across this cafe accidently. They were quite busy, I think everyone had the same idea! However, the staff welcomed us immediately and took our order. They told us there was a bit of a wait, and they were attentive. They were calm and genuinely warm people. We had breakfast, which was huge and freshly cooked. Chef was amazing when I ordered the wrong thing. I totally recommend the 'bubble' (and squeak), was delicious! Always have amazing service from the happy and friendly staff, today we opted for the chicken kebab, comes with rice, chips and salad but being on slimming world we lost the chips. Well worth it, great flavours, with the mild chilli sauce just finished it off. Definately have again. There is ample free parking and I often bring my grandkids along they love a breakfast here. Great quality food at a fair price. Really lovely and friendly staff. Always receive a warm welcome when I go which always adds to the experience of any restaurant. The design of the cafe is also very modernised and slick.
