I would never order from dominos Sudbury again Placed an order .. 45 minutes wait which is absolutely fine and when it turned up was all wrong which again wasn't too fussed but because of the kids we rang the store and stated food was wrong and parts of order missing we was told place new order and return old order which would be within 25 minutes which once again was fine but 1 hour later no food! phoned store again and asked where where food was and was told.its with me (which it was not).. so manager came to the phone to say sorry the guy is at your door (which he was not).. ask for money back as now the kids have had beans on toast .. and asked the manager for refund....which replied that would be a further 30 minutes .. another hour gone by and I'm still waiting They money charged for.pizza you would expect a bit of service to go with the prices, so.dissapointed Maybe better at eating there.own.pizzas rather than serving customers So unhelpful...

Absolutely shocking and unhelpful staff. Placed an order online, immediately realised I had made a mistake and phoned them (within 1 minute) they wouldn't change the pizza to a slightly different one even though same price. Told me I had to order another one, very very unhelpful and rude. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews and this is based purely on the person who answered the phone and their rudeness and hostility. I'm sure the pizzas will be good as...
