urban burger is my favourite burger restaurant EVER but todays visit was made even better by the person who served us, craig. let me set the scene: it's raining (love the great british summertime!), it's windy. my cheeks are freezing cold, im drenched from head to toe but i'm DESPERATE for an urban burger before i go to work. i walk into the restaurant, walk up to the counter to look at the menu even though i already know exactly what i'm going to get i just love to be nosey. then, craig comes around the corner, blinding me with the halo around his head and the brightest smile i've ever seen on someone who works in hospitality. he was so lovely - very friendly, welcoming, outgoing and chatty (which i LOVE because i can talk for england). seriously made me forget how MISERABLE the weather was and how MISERABLE i was about having to go to work. he really made my day.

craig is the kind of person to go above and beyond. craig would run into a burning building with no fire protective gear to save your hamster. craig would sing the first song at karaoke night to make everyone else feel less nervous. craig insisted that he wanted me to write a google review for him instead of giving him a tip so i don't have to spend money on him. i hope he gets a box of chocolates or something, he...

It took a long time to receive our food even though the restaurant was very quiet. Our number was called and we had to ask for our milkshake. One of the burgers had onion even though we asked for no onion. Both of these issues show that the staff do not read the receipts properly. We did not complain about the onions because we did not want to wait ages for a replacement. The straw for the milkshake is not good enough. It collapsed when sucking the milkshake, so it was nearly impossible to drink. The fizzy drinks do not taste as good as they should. The workers were very quiet and did not seem to work well as a team. They would never get a job at Five Guys. On the plus side, the fries were delicious, but there was not enough cheese sauce for our large portion. Another plus is that they do student and NHS discount (10%).

Tip 1: Make the milkshake and give to customer as soon as possible after placing order. Don’t leave them thirsty.

Tip 2: Use decent straws.

I recently visited Urban and was blown away by the portion sizes of their fries. The fries were thick cut and crispy, and there was an abundance of them in each order. The burgers were cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and the bun was soft and fluffy and the bacon was so good words cannot describe it.

One of the most impressive things about this restaurant was the selection of bottomless soda drinks they had. I've never seen so many options in one place. Each individual drinks like Dr pepper, Coca-Cola had 8 different flavours and some had diet and zero of all of the flavours

Overall, I had a great experience at this burger joint. The food was delicious and the portions were huge for the fries. The soda selection was also impressive and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a...
