Fastfood Basildon — Restaurant in Basildon

So I order my food and it arrives, but without dips, the only cost 50p and I got two, so not a big deal but apparently they ran out. I called because I think they should of told me instead of leaving it for me to call. Spoke to a Lady and I told her that it wouldve been nice to be contacted because they have no dips instead of sending nothing, because they're lazy.

I then spoke to what I thought was a woman but then found out it was the owner who's name is saheed when I called back later. First, I ask for the name so I can address politely, he says I have no name, says I can just call him manager, apparently their not allowed to give out their name.

I said I ordered two burger sauce dips and he argued with me saying no i didn't, I was adamant because I was reading off of the just eat receipt, anyway, he then yelled at me saying "what is your address" so he didnt even actually know whether or not I did, he said he was actually yelling at his employee because she gave him thr wrong ticket.

Still shouting at me though, I ask him can you send me my pound please back just because at that point I was fuming, he then said yes and...

I honestly can't believe the service we just received. My partner ordered a chicken dinner kebab which it was not nor was he satisfied with it anyway as it wasn't the usual meat he has. We ring up & he speaks very nicely to explain & the woman who was the MANAGER I might add, to question him & tell him he is wrong & that he needs to email his order over to them. I could hear how rude she was therefore took the phone to ask why it was such a problem to resend the right order. She did not care & blamed my partner for being rude?? Said she won't send out another, mocked us by saying "who ordered it then? God" was quite happy to hear we wouldn't be ordering from them again & it was his fault for putting the wrong order in. She was vile & extremely rude. Never ever order from this place if you expect good service & good quality of food. We order from many places & never are ones to complain but this woman should be put out of business through her rudeness! Absolutely...

Food took over an hour longer than it should have. This is not the experience of just one order either, this is the 3rd time I have used them. Every order made has been late. They have continually ignored order notes about meals. When I have spoken to them calmly just asking them the whereabouts of my already late order, they then begin to fire abuse down the phone moaning. Terrible and disgusting people.

Ordered through Uber eats also and when asking for an update on there as food was over half an hour late, they then added another 1.5 hours onto the estimated time. So I phoned them again and got shouted at again. Never ordering again. Highly recommend everyone avoids them...
