The Cafe Dome — Restaurant in Basingstoke and Deane

Manager/Owner, made a mess, because I am not allowed to park at 8:50 before even café is opening. But, at 9:00 I would be gone…. But, I guess, feeling of showing the “authority” is good. As discussing matter, manager/owner was mixing arguments, and got upset, that I have raised voice, well you should allow me to speak. Have realised, that no way issues can be discussed, so was walking off, manager/owner approached so closely to my car, that I was not able to open my car door, in addition manager/owner did put his face to mine very close, and started to have a go, last comments, that pretty summarises manager’s status: “I will do you”. Have waited a moment, until he would step aside, so I could get into my car. Maybe think for a second, how my parking effected your business? Or you were spreading your anger because of other cars parking there for hours during your business hours, but I have appeared on spot. Yes, there is a written Cafe’s name on the road, but no sign/s or rule/s on parking. Therefore, at the moment you can only ask politely, please leave, you cannot demand to leave. Went to the Zoom café today for a breakfast with friends and family. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were friendly and professional and the manager on duty was excellent taking my order as I wanted to make a few changes to my breakfast.

The food was really good quality made with really good ingredients and served with a smile.

I would definitely recommend The dome café to anyone and everyone who was looking for somewhere to dine out for a cheap and cheerful meal. The dome café also supports an excellent cause and as an excellent example of a business that also helps...

I Visited The Dome Yesterday with My Family. The Environment is Clean, Comfortable, Relaxed & Inviting. The Staff are Very Attentive & Friendly. Your Order is taken Quickly & the Service is First Clss, Being Both Fast & Efficient. The Quality of the Food is Excellent & The Price is Very Reasonable.
