Went into the subway on the 7.4.2025 just To order a vegetarian foot long breakfast sandwich the staff member who served me was not in uniform smelt of Perfume also wearing jewellery. she was very rude towards me I even told her what I wanted in my sandwich aswell to my disappointment there was meat in my sandwich Bacon and sausage clearly the staff member did not listen to what I asked for .I asked for the sandwich to be made again as I don’t eat meat the staff member replied with I’ll take the meat it out and you can have it back is that okay? I told her I did not eat meat and wish for it to be remade please. The staff member then re made my sandwich I told her what I would like in the sandwich which was egg,cheese, Hashbrowns and mayonnaise only I had to ask her to change her gloves before preparing my sandwich 2 time got back into my car open it and find out there was sausage in it i then went back in and asked if i could speak to a manger i told the staff members and manager that i have never eaten meat I’d like you to make me a fresh sandwich please for the 3 time told her I wanted eggs, cheese, and hash brown and then asked for a manage on my ticket its say veggie breakfast foot long she was unable to follow instructions on what I’d asked for. She became very angry towards me as I brought up that I had to asked her to change her gloves 2 times hygiene and cross contamination she should know theses as the Industry you work in you should be changing gloves every time a new sandwich is made the manager at the shop wasn’t reassuring at all. Read moreHave been here multiple times as it's convenient for us and it's always been ok , yes the staff have been young or training but we have always got a decent service and food , however we visited today, the shop has changed, now no longer can you order face to face you have to do it on an screen literally attached to the counter , I ask to order in person but was refused, I was the only person in the shop , the screens are very slow and not responsive , the whole layout and setup of the ordering system isn't very intuitive, and a bit confusing unless you wanted a listed sub , I asked for some assistance got a curt uninterested reply still clearly not getting anywhere 5 mins later no offer of any help so I walked out they have literally ruined the whole idea of subway aswell as no longer being able to see...
