Kaffe-O has very sleek and simple interior space, very bright and cozy, just like the Danish word Hygge. The vinyl player at the corner is probably the star in the shop, tunes floating from it enriches the whole experience. What also amazes me was their way of running business. Kaffe-O dedicates to introduce Nordic style coffee break to customers even probably Danish merchandise and beautiful Nordic themed food options. I wasn't too impressed by their dark roasted coffee but I assume it's quite necessary when ordering a rich plate for breakfast or lunch.

Nice place. They could be a bit more generous with the portions: the flat white (pictured) is really small (order a latte instead, it's larger but not too much), and the bread with jam & butter is only the three slightest slices of bread. Bread is relatively cheap usually, don't skimp on that :). Jam and butter was abundant and good quality though - a weird inversion of priorities. Coffee was good though. Overall a good experience, it just can be improved upon.

My favourite coffe shop! I love everything . They have a unique brand style and amazing staff working them. I love cappuccino and also the dark chocolate cake with caramel. They have really healthy food "different types of salads". I'll be back as usual. They are so good that's why they are growing so fast. I will highly recommended this place.

One of the best coffee in town, but I want to comment on the "dog friendly" aspect that has helped the reputation of the cafe (notably on Ormeau road). First, in both venues (Ormeau and Botanic) there is very limited place that is ok with dogs - the stools by the front window. Second, my experience on Botanic recently was disappointing: I asked for a bowl of water, or any container for my dog, and the waiter, standing in front of many plastic containers, shrugged it off saying they had nothing, couldn't care less. Quite surprising as many cafes and restaurants that are NOT dog friendly have a drinking bowl outside. They don't and don't seem to care. But, maybe the waiter just had...

Went with my wife and child to meet a friend who lives in the area. First time we met up the coffees were cold and had been charged extra in error by someone new. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I went back today and they somehow got the order wrong sending out oat milk cappuccinos instead of regular ones. Not rocket science considering the fella wrote it down! If your lucky enough to get the correct order and its warm you'll enjoy but I emphasis the word lucky in...
