Burgerizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

Had the worst experience ordering with this place. Ordered via Uber eats and it took them over 2 hours to get the food to me. I rang them every half hour and they would always tell me ‘sorry, it will be there in 20 minutes’. After hearing this 4 times on 4 separate phone calls, the food finally arrived.

The driver said ‘we gave you a free ice cream, please don’t give us a bad review’. To be honest, I wasn’t going to write a review until I realised that they hadn’t given me my bottle of coke that I ordered.

When I called for the 5th time to tell them that I didn’t receive my drink, they told me that they were too busy to send me one now and to be satisfied because I was given an ice cream. I told him that I didn’t ask for an ice cream, nor do I need one. I said ‘I ordered a drink so can you please send me one and take back your ice cream’.

He said ‘okay we will send the driver’. The driver did not come. Very dishonest. Won’t be...

Just came back from burgerizza angry and disappointed. I had to wait 45 minutes for my pizza to get ready and further 10 minutes for our burgers . Pizza tasted ok but the burgers were horrible and bland. Total waste of time, money and energy. This was my first time here as wanted to take out kids to eat and found them on gov.uk registered to ‘eat out to help out’ scheme but the gentleman who took my order had no idea what I was talking about. I explained him that they are registered to the scheme . He went back ,talked to someone and answered me ,“ we haven’t started yet” I didn’t wanted to make a scene infront of everyone and children had already decided what to eat so stayed quiet . I will not recommend burgerizza to anyone. And will never eat...

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, this is my second time ordering, ordered through uber eats. First time after ordering I said I wasn’t going to order due to over an hours wait, thought I’d give it another chance, and again over 2 hours wait, it’s ridiculous, says 20-30mins wait, been waiting for 2 hours now. I called twice and kept being told 15mins wait even though I waited over half an hour. Never returning ever. When the food came it wasn’t even hot, the burgers were the only thing nice, food wasn’t delivered by the delivery driver, we had to go out and get the food from the car (the driver was from burgerriza as no tracking was available). Won’t ever return back...
