Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Going Back!

We were four people in total, but only two of us actually ordered food from this place — just 4 puris portion. The other two didn’t even want halwa puri, so they got parathas from the shop next door. When it came time to pay, the staff had the audacity to charge us £14 claiming we had 8 puris. When I questioned the inflated price, the guy blatantly said that since we were four people, they were charging for 8 puris – even though only two of us ate their food!

And to make it worse, they tried to justify it by saying we "brought outside food," which is laughable because the others didn’t even sit there to eat properly. It’s outrageous and feels like a scam. Absolutely no transparency, rude service, and clearly trying to rip people off.

Had breakfast today after being customer of bilal sweets for over 15 years and im glad i did . Breakfast was fantastic. Very busy even at 12.30 waited over 30 mins but it was worth it. They gv chana, aloo bhaji and desi ghee sooji halwa with 4 puri , achar and chutney. Best thing was desi ghee halwa which was 10 on 10. Placed order one week in advance for my sons birthday party to be collected at 4pm sharp. Got there to find the order has not been prepared. Was held up for an hour and got half the order via uber driver from their other shop in stratford road. When it came to payment they had no clue how much was left to pay and how much we paid in advance. We had to provide the receipt and were charged the full amount.
