just ordered from caspians one drink was missing .a can of dr pepper rang the shop explained my drink was missing from the £20+ order he said to get in touch with uber eats its not his problem! was quite abrupt and rude with his response...i couldnt understand his accent ..i told him i ordered from the shop.via ubereats but he couldnt understand me so abruptly said'?which one tell me tell me just eat or uber eats!!' i asked if he could sort it out as ive been charged..he said no i told him its very bad customer service and i will put it on the review on fb..he just said "what you gonna do ..go.on then go.on do it!' and banged the phone down. HOW RUDE will not be ordering from this shop.again. the hortid rude little man on the phone needs to.learn some manners absolutely horrid customer service. NEVER AGAIN . you put the order together but you missed an item.. no apology or anything to rectify the problem....will also.let ubee eats know about this too!! Edit: my daughter has had dodgy stomach and nausea from food last night........wow i didnt order a side of food poisioning !! thanks caspions!! has this place been checked over by the health...

Caspian pizza used to be a good takeaway. However I have noticed that a month or so ago there was a change in the management. The staff are so rude especially the manager. He needs to learn how to speak to customers and first upmost English. I went there not too long ago and ordered a pizza. All I heard in the background and even in the front was swearing and shouting in their own language. I found it so rude personally and the food was served half an hour later and also not to the standards they used to be. If I could rate it 0 stars then I would. This place need to be shut down, theres many other good takeaways around, will be not going back...
