This place is an absolute joke don't get fooled by the the pictures they are very deceiving as the food is nothing like what U see on there menus and photos it's just to get u in there and waist your money.

was a joke 2 bites an it's done with no taste but all U could taste was the grill what a joke the Angus burger is a joke mate 1 out off 100 please don't waist your money

The fries

The fries were a joke to , they were discusting and full off oil no patoto, U can Tel the fries are cheap, absolutely discusting, 1-100

The atmosphere off the shop was dead mate should have known the food would be dead to because off the atmosphere , empty

The customer service was shambles When I complained and told the about the food they showed so much attitude and arrogance, the Asian women with spots on her cheek showed discusting attitude , when I told her about what the reviews said and it was true she said well out 500 people we don't mind 200 complaining as we still get 4 ⭐ s , not once apologised for the food , don't get fooled for the 4 stars to that's all there own people putting reviews in

I paid 20 quid for 2 little kid burgers 2 fries and some dead chicken bites that were advertised red and looked good on the menu but guess what they were brown with sweet chilli sauce on there vile like the women's attitude, the food took them half an hour to make

I ordered some food off Uber eats. Every time we order something, things always go wrong for us, and guess what, it happen again (not just with these guys, it's with anyone). I called them up to let them know what had happen. The normal response is, I'm sorry, you need to speak to Uber eats. Due to this always happening, I'm not the most pleasant of people at these times. However. a lady called Rupa answered my call. I was ready to start the argument, but she apologised and said they don't have a driver (standard response), before I could start going down the 'angry man road' she admited fault and was trying to come up with a solution rather than the refund way. I suggested an idea to her, as compensation too, to which she went and asked someone. Within a minute, we had solved the issue and i was pleased with the outcome. I ended up having to go collect the food, but this is what made the resolution better. When i went in, i was greeted by Rasheed, who knew what I had come in for. They were both spot on with their customer service and really apologetic about the missing food. Its tough to find someone who is willing to help, rather than just passing the buck. Had I not been able to make it to the restaurant to pick up the extras, they may have found a way to get it to me (I'm not sure), but we'll never really know. Either way, very happy with the outcome. 😁
