Come here with my family. While the waitor took our order he mumbled and rolled he's eyes..we put in a large order for him to tell us the curry section which has the cheap curries are all out of stock even though their was 2 trays of Dal at the front counter..he just kept mumbling and pointing saying kg kg to the curries which are 3x the price!!!! This wasn't a language barrier this was somebody with a horrible attitude directed to a woman an children..my older son even asked him twice as I just couldnt understand him he was still being rude so I said we're make it simple cancel that order and we will have 4x chicken burger meals instead..This was all done at the same time so the order hadn't even made the kitchen yet. Not long after someone gave us cutlery for mix grill, I told them we ordered 4x burger meals. The lad walked back with the cutlery dropped it on the floor picked it up and stuck it back in the cutlery tray for next customer.. The original guy then found out from the staff member that dropped the cutlery walked passed me and my 5yr old daughter and punched the wall behind us! It was at this point im sitting down with my kids in silence watching 6men shouting whatever in their native tongue an looking at us.As the food hadn't arrived yet we decided to leave as we didn't feel safe..The manager tried to apologise and said he will send the staff member home and to sit and wait for our mix grill. I didnt order any mix grill 🤣 I really wouldn't recommend this place for families or women..lads night out maybe if u want a punch up after. EDIT: just to clarify the order was done with the waitor standing their with he's pen and paper ONLY ONCE! Their was no cancelling orders and reordering and their wasn't anytime he left to go the kitchen. Only one order was taken..you need to train your staff I've seen multiple commens...

I understand kids may be noisy and this affects your other customers being uncomfortable but it is always better to approach the parent rather than kids. Parents should know how to calm the kids down or you may want to consider a small play area space in your restaurant for kids to play.
Shish kebab consist of cubes of meat but you brought mince kebab for us! I think you need to change your menu description.
The Kaboli polo’s meat was cooked well but didn’t have any particular taste i.e no seasoning, while the kebabs were spicy. It is better to ensure you and customer are on the same page about spiciness or the seasoning comes with the food.
It is always important to present the food well no matter how decent the meat is. As not everyone is from Asian culture and people will benchmark your food against other restaurants, you better ensure the presentations is up to level of expectations in the UK. When you brought the Chapli kebab, as it was quite brown and shrinked meat, I was hesitant about the taste.
Your nan was great.
It would be good if you replace your fridge to modern fridge with glass window - the current drink fridge doesn’t give a good feeling to customer!
Staff were friendly and were supportive to chose the right food.
Hope it helps and all the best with...
Read moreI dined at "My Kabul Restaurant" with my family after seeing positive reviews from others, but I regret to say that the service, behavior, and atmosphere were disappointing. The server, named Alma, came across as unprofessional in the way she served our food. She made a lot of noise while placing plates and utensils on the table, which felt rude. When we were almost finished with our meals, she hurriedly tried to take away our plates even though we were not done eating.
Additionally, the plates and table were not cleaned properly. We were a 3 people and ordered Kabli polau, karahi, roti, masala fish, and lassi. Unfortunately, the food was below average, with the exception of the karahi and roti. The lassi was overly salty, and even the server admitted that she was not skilled at making it well. The polau was tasteless and resembled plain white rice, which needs significant improvement.
Moreover, when the lady (Alma) came to collect the plates, she remarked to my sister, "Aap ne bohot time laga di khana pack karne mein," which translates to "You took too long to pack the food." This comment was quite rude and unprofessional for a server in a well-reputed restaurant. It was evident that she lacks proper professional grooming.
I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary...
