The food looked great 🍔🍟, and overall, it tasted good. I got a mix of both chicken and beef to get a proper feel for the menu. The beef burger was nice—well-cooked, good flavour, and enjoyable—but there was nothing particularly special about it. It wasn’t one of those burgers that stand out or leave a lasting impression. The chicken, on the other hand, was just average. They marketed it as Nashville chicken, but it didn’t have that proper Nashville-style taste or spice—it was just standard fried chicken 🍗. From what I’d seen on TikTok, I was expecting more, but it didn’t have that bold flavour or seasoning that makes proper Nashville chicken what it is. It wasn’t bad, just not as special as the hype made it seem.

The fries were decent, nothing out of the ordinary, and the loaded fries looked good but didn’t really have anything that made them stand out either 🍟. Portion sizes were alright—not too small, but not overly generous either.

One thing I did really like was the variety on the menu 📜. There’s a good selection to choose from, and one thing that stood out to me was the range of dips they offer 🌶️🧄. There was a good mix of different flavours, which was a nice touch and added a bit more to the overall meal.

Now, the restaurant itself is definitely aesthetically pleasing 💕. The pink theme is really well done, and they’ve clearly put effort into making it look nice. The seating area was comfortable, but it’s quite open, so if you’re looking for somewhere more closed off or with a bit more separation between tables, this isn’t really that kind of place. You’re sitting fairly close to other people, and with the large windows, you do feel quite exposed while eating. It’s a nice spot, but it leans more towards a casual, trendy place rather than somewhere for a relaxed meal.

Customer service was great—no complaints there 👍. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d go again, but I’d say it is a bit of a TikTok hype 📲. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still nice, but it’s not as amazing as social media makes it seem. The beef burger was good but nothing special, the chicken was just average, but the variety of dips and menu options were a nice touch. It’s worth trying, but I wouldn’t go out of...

I feel Chicka is just another Smash Burger joint that has opened up in the area but doesn’t have a unique selling point.

The service and cleanliness of the restaurant wasn’t an issue, the staff were very helpful and polite in talking you through the menu and there wasn’t a long wait for our food once we had ordered.

What BAFFLES me is how do you operate a burger place where you do not offer a meal option? The Burgers come separate and a lot of the side options are overpriced. Even for a Loaded Box you are paying £7! Drinks are also separate.

I had the Nashville Burger and the Buffalo Loaded Fries. The Nashville Burger was pleasantly nice with all ingredients used working well together. Having said that the chicken was greasy, with each bite or squeeze you could feel the oil dripping down.

The Buffalo Loaded Fries were a big portion but this doesn’t mean the £7 price can be justified. The chips were nice and hot and and were topped off with a generous amount of chicken and sauce. However once again nothing unique about these, I could go to another smash burger joint and have the loaded fries for cheaper the price.

Overall I would describe Chicka as another Burger Joint that lacks uniqueness. For sure overpriced and as I’m not from the area, I would not go out my way to...

Clean tidy and professional service. Chiled vibe. Customer service good. Location easy to get to Parking hit and miss

Ordered nashvile loaded fries. Asked for spicy. Waited 17 minutes. Got notice food ready. Looked at pakaging thought is that all. Got home opened package thought ok let's see. Ample amount in package not spicy at all smothered in sause and mire attention on chopped onions than contens presentation

Thoughts

Taste 6/10 why nashvilke is supposed to be spicy. Asked for more spice. Got opposite

Contents 6/10 chicken was diced, and I expected larger cuts than diced mainly. But each to own

Flavors. 6/10. Why, mmm, not as customers ordered

Value decent gave eaten with more chicken and more fries and cheaper spicier imo. And chunky chicjen pieces not diced but either way portion size was decent. Fir a burmingham shop with so much competition would gave expected 2 much food

Quite sad as was tasty and ample but no kick but also 2 much sause.

Would I go again. Yes, definitely. Education is power, so I will ask spicy pls not like last time.

If I wanted mild. Then would give a good 8.5 or 9 but as spice was not there hence my own opinion. Will try again and...

Always wanted to try this restaurant for a very long time. And then had an opportunity few weeks back. It's a must try for Nashville chicken burger and loaded fries. Many shops have loaded fries. But in most of them, the sauces only apply to few portion of the fries while bottom portions always remain plain. But this one is so good. With sauces spread all over the chicken and fries, you could feel the taste until the very last bite. I loved the Nashville tenders too. For people who prefers a spicy kick to the flavour, they should definitely try the Nashville dishes. The restaurant is underrated. For the experience it gives, it should have gone over many thousand reviews. I'm not sure if the location serves as a barrier to the visitors as it looks like it's located in a main road (although it is), but it's in a small road inside a main road. Note: They also offer phone call orders so you can order early before you arrive either for eat in or take out. Highly recommend.
