Girl in the head scarf was dismissive of me when l asked if there were more veg options - stating while she halved turned towards me and said 'you can eat what is left out there.' No help to indicate what other foods could be available. In respect my order - l asked for help with the tray (l had gone and sat down)- l saw my tea placed on the tray (l had purchased water and other food which could have been brought to me) and called across the floor for everyone to hear by the lady in a semi pony tail that 'not to worry and it was coming over' . My tea and food just sat on the counter. It was clear they were not please at my request for help and clearly from their communications with each other and looking over at me supports my anaysis. I have just poured the rest my tea and it is cold - this is not acceptable. When the tray was finally delivered l did convey to one of the ladies to think about if they were being inspected if this is how the conduct themselves what the impacted can be. She huffed and rolled her eyeballs and walked off. The reason for my request for help is that l am disabled. Not a person who makes a complaint/raises concerns - and l go to CC locally - just expected better standards...

Yesterday my friend bought a small takeaway coffee. When they gave it to him they said "sorry, we made you a medium by mistake". He didn't mind, until he left and started to drink it and found that it was a small coffee in a medium cup, just topped up with water so it's watered down.
We complained about it this morning. The woman we spoke to at the shop just said "OK" and offered no replacement or apology or refund.
My friend then bought me an Earl Grey. After waiting for it to brew I came to drink it to find they'd given me a ridiculous tall glass latte cup instead of a tea cup. I had to go up to get a proper cup.
I then poured my tea to find that they hasn't given me any milk, so what I thought was milk was actually my friend's cream for his coffee. Having thereby ruined the first cup I complained to them, in response to which they stared blankly, until I said "so I need a new tea" at which point they sorted me out.
Only problems now are: the teapot lid is broken and shouldn't be used. And the sodding door here doesn't shut correctly and hasn't...
Read moreI’ve never encountered such unprofessional and frustrating service from a staff member. Aisha was visibly struggling to manage her duties, repeatedly making drinks incorrectly—not just ours, but other customers’ as well—which caused significant delays and created a chaotic atmosphere. It was clear she couldn’t cope with the pressure.
When I politely asked about my child’s marshmallow preference—he specifically wanted a white one—she responded aggressively, dismissing the request and implying I was wasting her time.
To make matters worse, she failed to secure the lid on a hot drink, which spilled onto my son’s leg. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
Such behaviour reflects poorly on Costa’s standards, and it’s disappointing to see this level of service. If staff are unable to manage pressure or communicate respectfully, they should not be placed in...
