Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

Great when you go in store, foods great and they aren’t stingy with food or dips.

Ordering from Uber on the other hand… they sting out on dips and there’s no option to buy more… even if you put it in the notes it’s a 50/50.

Id definitely order A LOT more if they at least had the option to buy more dips as I love the chilli so it is a big shame.

Literally I can’t just have one tiny dip of chilli for my meal personally.

I’d call and ask but I don’t even bother anymore, they haven’t picked up the phone for years it’s just on google for the banter at this point.

So yeah, purely because of the fact there’s no option to buy dips online (yes it’s that deep!) I can’t give a 5 but they get 4 stars from me.

Third time my children have been scammed by the oversized filthy t shirt owner. Many items missed off. First time my small children couldn't eat the chicken as they'd missed the chicken popcorn. The food is decent. Out of all the dixy chickens, the one on washwood Heath Road tastes the best. Food quality is good but customer service has gone down hill over the years. They rarely forget items in orders but this happens everywhere but more importantly, the reason for the lower star review is because they show some negligence when it comes to giving change back of a penny or two pence.
