Domino's Pizza - Mere Green — Restaurant in Birmingham

Worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from - not just one bad experience, we have used them multiple times over the last 5 years and they never improve. This time, we’ve absolutely had enough. The problems are too numerous to list, but here’s a few:

minimal amount of cheese

hardly any tomato sauce

microscopic toppings

burnt/ chewy/ sloppy dough

‘bubbling’ in the base that results in lumps of crispy, inedible dough

pizza turning up looking like it’s been 6 six rounds with prime Mike Tyson, smashed all over the box and requiring reconstruction before eating

I really could go on with the complaints, but I’ve completely lost it with these incompetent half-wits who appear completely oblivious to the barrage of poor reviews they keep receiving - the reviews certainly match the consistency of the pizza in this respect.

I can’t leave without mentioning the cynical customer service - Peter blames Paul who passes you back to Paul who then blames another colleague who conveniently happens to be “off” that day and then, if all that fails, you need to speak to Head Office - it’s like they’ve rehearsed a script.

Avoid this place at all costs - don’t say you...

Orderd three pizzas for the family specifically requesting no beef. The family tuck into the top two pizza and then we realise the third has beef on it. Straightaway we call domino's and explain the situation to a very apologetic young man. He then passes us on to the manager Anita. Anita asks what the problem is? We once again explain the situation and then were horrified to hear her response that mistakes happen! We explain that is not a acceptable response only to be told "we can have another pizza". We explain that we don't want another pizza and would appreciate a refund which she agrees to. At the point of refund she then abruptly states that as a voucher was used and only refund a reduced figure. We point out that no discount voucher was used. We eventually gave up and will be taking the matter up with the area manager. Manager Anitas attitude is horrendous and seriously lacks customer...

4 stars for the delivery driver only. Things you will need when ordering from Mere Green.... 1) have the oven on 2) have a magnifying glass or microscope on hand. The pizza was almost cold so the oven needs to be hot and ready when the delivery arrives The magnifying glass or microscope is to find the ingredients on the pizza. I don't know what quality checks are in this store but someone needs to check the checker. Extra mushrooms? Where? almost none visible. Extra ham..... same problem as with the chicken, bacon and mushrooms on a different pizza. The pizzas seem better here if you have them on the evening but my advice......... give this a miss. The quality isn't worth the money. These 2 pizzas were an absolute disgrace and the last ones I will ever order from here. The manager needs replacing and the staff need...
