KFC Birmingham - Yew Tree Retail Park — Restaurant in Birmingham

I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience at this restaurant and the attitude of your member of staff

I asked first of all for a zinger towe fillet burger meal and was told “we have not tower burgers” so I order a normal zinger box meal I asked then for my order to be a large me and was once again told “we have no large” i then asked for a corn on the cob for one on my other meals and wasn’t told they didn’t have them until I seen on my receipt the it said coleslaw and asked them why it was changed to be snapped at and said “we have none”

I then proceeded to order 4 pieces of chicken and asked if they could all or even most be breast and was once again snapped at saying “we have no breast” I then asked for 3 bbq wraps and was once more told they have no wraps

At this point I was already dissatisfied with the treat I had received I then proceeded to make general conversation with the person who served asking what time they shut since they don’t have a lot of things in to which he then answered in a rude manner saying “ it’s suppose to be 10 but if I have my way it will be 8:30” which I don’t think is an appropriate comment to be making to a customer as though they don’t want to be their whilst other members of staff were turning over chairs

I then returned home to eat my order which I only live 2 minuets away from the restaurant to find most of my order cold...

Absolutely rubbish! Walked in at 8.15pm on a saturday night with family for a meal.80% of the chairs were on top of tables as if ready to close,about 6-8 tables just for customers.when asked a member of staff called Laila at the till why are the chairs up ?are you closing ? .She replied saying we have to close that area of the restaurant for cleaning etc etc.i questioned her again you clean up after your customers have gone and when you are closed NOT in business hours on a saturday night!!!.I had no choice but to sit around and eat with my children since i had travelled from a distance.when they actually close at 10pm.absolutely disgusting attitude she had.I believe she deliberately messed my order 3 times .Then she turned around to the other member of staff and asked her to put the chairs down.She said to me your right i had thought about it.Well well..well you stupid imature, unproffesional witch you shouldnt make you own rules up and follow the companys.I dont know who actually employed the staff their bcoz half are not even trained to do they job properly.Please KFC you are a well established company so please dont shame your business over thess cheap disrespectful people.NEVER EVER WOULD I...

Visited yesterday at drive through. Was about 5 cars in front but waited 10-15 minutes for some reason. Arrived at ordering point and sat there for 5 minutes and nobody took my order and could still see a previous order on screen. Thought okay, maybe the screens broke and you have to order at the window.(this along with the fact nobody asked me over the speaker)

Arrived at window and was about to read out my order when a rude member of staff says "No you can't order here, has to be at the ordering point" I explained that I was sitting at the ordering point for a solid 5 minutes and not once did she ask me for an order and the fact with the extra 15 minutes I waited to get there. She just bluntly said you cannot order at the window. I know this is a lie!!! she was just too lazy to do any work. Oh and the fact when I asked for the manager apparently she is.. Name of Zara was given.

Safe to say, I won't return here! Oh and KFC might want rethink who they employ as manager as she clearly isn't competent for the...
