I am extremely disappointed with the service at Juices 4 Life. On more than one occasion, I have been blatantly ignored by the same server, who on this occasion chose to prioritise serving a man standing behind me. Whether this stems from a disregard for female customers or simple rudeness, it is entirely unacceptable. The dismissive attitude, coupled with the consistently slow service, makes the entire experience frustrating and unwelcoming. Customer service should reflect respect, attentiveness, and professionalism, yet what I encountered was the exact opposite. As someone who values both quality products and fair treatment, I find it disheartening that this issue persists. I had a great experience ordering from Juice4Life recently. From the moment I arrived, Ilyas took excellent care of me—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. I went for the jerk chicken wrap and a mango guava juice, and both were absolutely on point. The wrap was full of flavour with just the right amount of heat, and the juice was fresh, fruity, and refreshing—perfectly balanced.
