You lost 2 stars from previous rating today.... Because after a period of time I tried coming back to HallGreen KFC for a takeaway tonight
I'm sure your probably being supplied poor sized chicken but Yet again 4 out of a six piece family feast extremely small pieces of chicken I added the 4 strips for £4 and again very small pieces
The breast of chicken was smaller than the head of a drumstick it was the smallest breast I've ever had in 40years of eating chicken
The crispy strip was not much bigger than a Mc Nugget and these are supposed to be £1.79 per piece 😳
Very poor value for money twice now...!!
The chicken is put in the box behind the counter and passed through to the server... The person at the back must know that this sized chicken should not be served to a customer paying a premium price... If that's all that's available then additional items could be added to even out the meal... Ie. Another piece of chicken and an explanation why this has been done.
£20 spent and I feel ripped off and not for the first time at this venue... I'll be speaking to customer services tomorrow about my concerns

Really polite staff but small piece of chicken.
I was served by mollie a really pleasant young lady... Very cheerful and a great member of staff for front of house. There were other members of staff behind the counter that were also very friendly and approachable.
I was very impressed until I checked the snack box and the thigh I had asked for was extremely small... Smaller than a small wing piece (in comparison maybe 2 small flat hot wings side by side). This was a dampener on an otherwise great experience Never again... Sorry guys
however I enjoyed the rest of the food and the overall customer experience, so four stars and if the chicken size improves on subsequent visits i will reassess my 4 star...
Read moreVisited today 5/11/2023 at 20:00 pm ,Rude and arrogant, disrespectful behaviour by the so-called himself as manager instore, insistented to replacemy glass drinks with cans, he again refused me . and said that they only give cans drinks to customer made order online. this was totally not understood by me,that since when KFC has stopped caring about customers, and when i said i am not happy with this service, he pretended that he did not care. this triggered me to get offended. and i asked to cancel my order amount £39.66. he cancelled straightaway and refunded my card payment order to cash. when i said why I was not refunding it in the same way he denied and again presented a rude person on the counter. i did not understand the reason for such behaviour with me and my son. i mentioned that i wanted to make a complaint about this to you superiors, and i asked his name. He again refused to answer and tell me his name. his claimed to be manager, but then he did not wear badges or anything. my questions to the Management are 1 since when customers are being disrespected at KFC 2 since when your managers not doing small favors to customer and escalate matter to the worse situation where the cause damage to KFC by annoying customers and refunding to them. 3. Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received at this KFC absolutely deserves it. I was served by a gentleman named Lahu, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a great one.
From the moment I walked in, Lahu greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome straight away. I was a bit indecisive about what to order, and he patiently went through the menu with me, giving honest recommendations and even pointing out some deals I hadn’t noticed. It didn’t feel rushed or robotic – he actually seemed to care that I got something I’d really enjoy.
What really stood out was how attentive he was. When my order came through, he double‑checked it in front of me to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. He even offered to get me fresh fries when he noticed the batch on the counter had been sitting a little while – not something I’ve ever had a fast‑food staff member do without being asked!
