Kins Crunchy Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

The food was mid tier at best, nothing stand outish there, what was stand outish was the malpractice inplace, for example when I ordered I handed the store clerk a £20 note, he claimed the meal was £11 and handed me back a £5 note, he is a short change artist, I tried to think the best of it as an innocent mistake, but thr customer inline next to me confronted the clerk claiming he was short changed, and he was immediately refunded, after that I mentioned I too was short changed, the clerk instantly refunded me the EXACT change he short changed me, the customer next to me, had mentioned not only has that happened to him before but often he would pay for extras on his food and they will not include the extras he paid for.

I took my wife here (she is from overseas) at that time I believe I was short changed too but thought nothing of it at the time.

At both times there were almost no other customers in the shop, so how accidental was this? and how did he know exactly how much he short changed me by?

the most amusing part is the cashier after admitting his mistake treated me and the other customer with hatred, with a physical snarl across his face and being stubborn with his service, as if he was angry at being caught in his scam.

Disgusting, appauling behaviour from the staff here. I expact better and not to be scammed while trying to get a takeaway.

The food is okay at best, definitely not worth getting with...

I was going for a night out and I was really hungry and stopped to get a bite to eat around 10pm on a Saturday night. Service was very slow I waited 15mins for a southern fried chicken wrap. as soon as I went to open the wrap it all just leaked out and onto my jeans (luckily I had anti bacterial wipes in the car and a quick wipe saved my night from being ruined) an hour later though my stomach started gurgling.... it was time to abandon my night out and fly home to use the toilet ( I refuse to use public toilets these situations if still local in birmingham) so everyone traffic law was broken in order to make it home. The stomach cramps were intense, my phone was going off with friends wanting to ask where I have disappeared to... 45mins later I caught up with them and had to tell them.... THAT CHICKEN WRAP FROM KINS CRUNCHY DONE ME...

Dry rubbery chicken avoid was sick after i ate from here avoid like the plague very poor hygiene AVOID AVOID also the short arsed bold patched owner is very rude also misses things off order so when you get home and realise half your order is not in the bag done it many times even once told me that I haven't ordered when I asked for the receipt I was right but still never apologised for mistake arrogant owner you lose ...
