Ordered from this place on Deliveroo, the guy rang me to say it would be with me in 20 minutes I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes and in the end my food never got delivered I rang the restaurant to see where my food was as the bloke I spoke to said it had been delivered. Then told Me the driver had delivered it to the wrong person instead of ringing me when he was there or asking for the name on the delivery. When I contacted Deliveroo they said they would need the restaurant to confirm it was wrongly delivered to process a refund which the person I spoke to at the restaurant said he would do it’s been. This was our visit to the venue today and I must admit this place is a bit of a hidden gem. We were celebrating a special birthday and I had pre-booked using their online booking system; the experience was seamless. The restaurant was very accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a better service. The hospitality was simply exceptional. The food delicious and the presentation exquisite. The gentleman even made sure, the presentation of the meal included a subtle 'happy birthday' message. We were delighted. This gesture very thoughtful and I was pleasantly surprised.
