Ordered on Uber Eats at 9:55pm - accepted by the restaurant for delivery between 10:20pm and 10:40pm. Nothing received by 10:45pm so gave a quick call. No answer. Called a total of 7 times on 2 different numbers. No answer. It's now 11:15pm and we find out via Just Eat that the restaurant closed at 10:30pm. They have taken the money, accepted the order and ignored it. Decent thing would have been to call and let us know the mistake. This has put me off Uber Eats and My Desserts as both are incredibly unhelpful in this situation. Please refund in full. Thank you.
