I cannot praise Pepe's enough for their exceptional food and service! This particular branch truly stands out, delivering amazing food that never disappoints. Whether I'm ordering my usual or trying something new, the quality is consistently top-notch.

Special shoutout to Abdi and Ali, who always provide outstanding service. They get my order spot on every single time, from the perfect sauce selection to the precise cooking style. they genuinely care about there customers and will always do what they can to make sure they leave happy. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are unparalleled. I see them training new starters and just like that I can already see the same polite approach being implemented into their training. WHICH IS GOLDEN.

I have visited a lot of Pepe's branches all around Birmingham and have to say the Kings Heath one is unmatched. Mainly because there service and delivery is so good! Nothing but good manners.

This Pepe's branch puts the rest of the franchise outlets in Birmingham to shame. Abdi, Ali and all the staff behind the counter are just true gems. The great service, quality food, and their ability to go above and beyond make this my go-to takeaway spot. If you're looking for the best Pepe's experience, look no further—this is it!

i ordered a chicken Xl meal today and when I got home and opened the burger and fries the food was warm. I took a bite of the burger and it was very hard and dry. when I checked it was over cooked and bone dry. I have had a bad experience in the past and have ignored it with the quality of food. today I rang kings heath branch and asked to speak too the manager. when I spoke to the manager and explained about the burger his reply was your always complaining about the food. I was taken back and said this is the first time I have called you. he said there is nothing wrong and when I said I can bring it and you can see for yourself he said don't bother. he said I will speak to the owner and see what he says or we may not serve you again. at this point I was laughing thinking wow this is a manager and this is his customer service. I have gone to other pepes outlets and never had a problem. I won't be putting myself through that horrible experience again and have told family and friends to avoid kings heath pepes as well. they fo t even deserve 1 star. awful service and...

Flavour wasn't bad but absolute rip off prices compared to competitors. I ordered a wrap meal on UberEats for £8.50. The wrap was tiny with a few measley pieces of chicken. Very disappointed and will not be going to this branch again.

The price shouldn't be around 30% more just because I'm having it delivered via UberEats. If a customer pays £3.50 for delivery, why are they paying another £3.00 just because it's ordered via an app. If delivery is 'free', the price of the product shouldn't increase to cover it. That defeats the point.

In all honesty your response has confused matters further - by saying a customer pays more via UberEats but get the 'same' measly portion just because it's ordered via an app makes no sense at all. The portion was tiny and price was ridiculous. If I knew the portion was this small, I would never...
