YUM4U Fried & Grilled — Restaurant in Birmingham

Absolutely shocking first time experience, I placed an order on their website, 15mins past expected delivery time I ring them up, and I'm told driver is packing up and leaving and I should give him 10-15mins max. 20 minutes passed and I give them a second call, wheres my food? "Sorry sorry its on its way" , bare in mind this is now 45minutes after estimated delivery time and 1hour + after ordering online, and a very important note is that I live less than a mile away from the establishment. I call the third time! first guy tells me he's outside lying his socks off whilst I'm looking out seeing no-one, he calls his manager who then says the driver is packing up now, 30 minutes after first call where I was told he's on his way. Did they offer compensation a rightly deserved REFUND?no?! Just lies and trickery upon more lies. Manager said he'll look after us (with some wings and TONS OF SAUCE) that's their compensation thinking we're still in the mood for their salty chicken. NEVER Again! We gave the food to our neighbours. *not all sauce in the picture btw. Basically EXTREMELY unprofessional. Tried YUM4U on their opening day, and they went beyond my expectations! The wait for the food was not too bad even though they were busy, and for a first day the service was amazing. Their staff are really attentive and Khater especially went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for us as customers.

We ordered chicken tenders, they gave a generous portion and they were succulent and perfect to taste. The wings could have been a little bit more spicy considering I opted for hot, and the fries were perfect. The chicken and rice was also a generous amount for the price we had to pay, also tasted delicious and was fragrant.

Overall, an amazing experience. Everyone should definitely visit this place. May Allah put barakah in...

When they say taste that bites back, it's quite literally just that! I'm not one to review unless something really deserves it and this one tops my list so far.

There version of southern fried chicken is truly delicious, fresh and a taste that is so unique it gets ur taste buds going wild..

Tempted to go with peri peri chicken next time but also want the fried chicken option again lol. Me and the kids tried the tender wings and they're crispy fried burgers.
