KFC Birmingham - Kings Heath — Restaurant in Birmingham

I thought I had 2 write review so big boss up there Look down & see who is cooking uncle Kentucky chickens, This super fast food branch is super slow, I mean super duper slow, staff got no moral, may be no shift manager, take this review seriously, I am coming at this branch since 40 days almost regulary as it close to my daughter school and normally buy authentic food like Kfc. As we don't have KFC in Canada which are halal I decided to try it out here in Birmingham as the outlet near to me was halal. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food that you get. To be honest, I'm more of a fan of spicy chicken and so the chicken Tenders I had were just mediocre, as well as the fries. That's not to say that you won't like it, I just wanted something with a little more zing. Perhaps I will try something else next time. Still, their recipe is tried and tested and famous around the world so they are doing something right. Food stale and cold. Sub-par service at best. Whilst eating in, the manager (as i was later informed) was seen carrying a wheely bin which was overflowing with rubbish, through the kitchen and then into the eat in area right next to people eating their food. Imagine eating cold, horrible food which is overpriced after a poor service, followed by the manager of that place carrying out rubbish directly next to you whilst eating. I informed the worker who then informed the manager at the back to which they began laughing (I could hear this at the front, but they weren't aware I was in ears length or that they were talking/laughing at that volume).
