Awful service. Ordered food for takeaway one meal was suppose to be with rice and it was completely different from what we expected it was not even cooked! Obviously we had dinner once we got home and called straightaway we noticed as my partner nearly chocked on that raw rice. After we explained the situation the guy on the phone showed 0 empathy and said we can have chips but he doesn’t know how long we will have to wait, EXCUSE ME? Ok so we put food away waiting for an hour, two, three.. and we are still waiting lol you didn’t even call neither apologised. My family chilled weekend dinner was ruined and all of us ended up being starving as we were waiting for replacement. What kind of customer service it is? I’m disgusted by this service, you are not customer focused at all neither seek to go an extra mile for a customer. I think the manager should consider investing into complaint handling courses for employees. If you really want a good quality food for reasonable prices, go to superios next door. Guys will always take care of you and always willing to do as much as they can for their customers. Replacing them for Rios was worst...

I have been to a few of the Chikaros branches but the Hodgehill Branch is definitely the best one I have been too.

I went with a few family members and between us there was quite a few children (5 In total) .

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff , who told us there was a playroom upstairs for the kids (which was massive by the way the kids loved it, and played in it the whole time and let us mums eat in peace lol).

The staff also helped me take up my babies belongings as I had to go up the stairs.The staff alongside bringing up our food and being very friendly and polite , they even went to play with the children which I thought was a lovely personal touch.

The food was well presented and tasted lovely , the staff gave complimentary dessert for the kids and when went down to pay the bill they got asked if they wanted ice-cream.

I would definitely come here again , whether it be with my children, family and friends I feel like this place caters for all groups.
