No customer service at all. First of all we walked in and tables were filled up left plates from previous customers. I asked for a menu and was told there are by the door. Ordered 2 dishes which were just bunged in microwave and served to us. I found a hair in 1 dish and called over a waiter who did not own up to the hair being theirs and asked if I wanted another bowl of the same dish the hair came from, I refused. They don't cover their hair with hair nets so they are going to get hair in the food, this is basic hygiene principals. When it came to paying they still charged me for the dish, when I complained I was offered a measly £1 discount. I will not be going there ever again and will tell all my friends and family about this dirty place they call...

Very bad experience, they got no sense how to talk n deal with their customers, i just ordered food from their n got whole order wrong n instead of accepting their mistake that they didn’t put name n receipt on the order, they started blaming the delivery person. When I called them about my issue of getting whole order wrong the call person started to say oh it’s not his mistake it’s staff n he can’t do anything now u have to eat whatever u have got or throw it away it’s ur choice but they can’t do anything n was just kept on speaking n wasn’t listening at all. Moreover he said if u want to complain u can complain like he wasn’t bothering about the customers n spoke very rudely n didn’t even apologise at first. Overall experience:...

I did ordered samosa and specially paneer pakora I thought it would be tasty as other sweet shops but they did let me down as the paneer pakora's was all separated to besan and there was very thick pieces of besan it wasn't even cooked properly and the samosa are not only wet with outside with the oil but inside the filling was also so much oil I did phoned them as well to tell them that your paneer pakora are not good the besan its all thick and separated from paneed and he said I know because I cooked them, he said next time I will cooked nice for you. Instead of saying that we can make more pakore for you. I would never go to them again and would never recommend to anyone else. Its the worst service...
