Oodles Wok Soho Road — Restaurant in Birmingham

I ordered food for takeaway, which includes Salt and Pepper Chicken, which upon reaching home, I found to be off and inedible. As a loyal customer who orders from Oodles weekly and has never experienced an issue before, I was extremely disappointed.

I called the store to report the issue and spoke with a woman who identified herself as the manager. Unfortunately, she dismissed my concerns, stating that nothing could be done and refused to provide a replacement, even if I brought the food back for verification. This response was not only unhelpful but also unreasonable, especially considering I had a hungry child and live 20 minutes away.

It is unacceptable that a loyal customer reporting a genuine issue would be treated in this manner. To insist I return the food without any assurance of resolution and then cut off the phone call is both rude and unprofessional.

I have never encountered such poor customer service before and feel that my complaint was not taken seriously. This experience has completely shaken my trust in your brand, and I will no longer be ordering from this branch.

First time trying oodles noodles. We did a phone order to collect we came in 10 minutes to pick it up. We ordered a regular box vegetable noodles and spicy chips. Vegetable stir fry and vegetable paneer. We asked for it to be hot the lady said it would already be because of what we had choosen. I still asked for it to be hot. When i got there it was dull and quiet atmosphere. I wait by the till area no one assisted me but served another customer that was on the other side. When i was served the lady looked miserable. I could see a box that had been waiting in the hot food area. The food was a let down and not to are taste. Small portion for price. Chips taste stale like day old chips. The taste was overly sweet and sour. Barely and spice wasn't even hot. This place was recommended. very dissappointing. This is are first experience we wouldn't be ordering food from here again and when i checked my change it had less . So check your change...

Decided to order various different create your own boxes and a fusion feast snack platter

Unfortunately wasn't to keen on the tempura prawns and the frozen mini veg spring rolls which came part of the fusion platter

Got some malaysian chicken, kung po chicken, chilli cod, crispy chicken, schezuan beef and manchurian chicken put in to different boxes. Which was really enjoyable to eat as always.😊
