Where do I start? If you struggle with constipation this is the ideal place because it will clear your insides out and maybe excrete some of your internal organs in the process. I called up and ordered my food for collection as normally I would have to que up for a while and they would have random people come in the shop and order and waltz out. No queuing system or they don't respect.

When I got there. Food was packed. Biggest mistake because when I got home and I opened it. It was drenched in oil and burnt. Now whether they reheated it and gave I have no idea. But a bad experience none the less and will not be going again. They might aswell close shop and stick with the lozells branch because its different quality. Maybe this one has the last over poor quality stuff. Their chicken pieces are dry and tiny. Their salad is old.

And then the price of everything has gone through the roof.

Was good at one time but over the past few years has deteriorated. This is a review for both the main Lozells one and this Aston lane one too. At one time these guys were really good. Nice freash food and chips to die for. Now they have left the same prices but the food quality and freashness has gone downhill. These days as in a review about the lozells one as some girl said they are more interested chatting about people back in Pakistan and cussing each other down in their own language then actually serving food. Look at broadway chippy on broadway road on a friday night and saturdaynight. Then you see where people go. If you want portions, good food and service at a fast pace thats the place. Not these cowboys..fix up saqibs and go back to the fat portions and freash food for a competative price. The reason why you guys got so big. This place should be closed down, it lacks basic communication! I ordered a simple Cheese Burger meal. I came into the shop 20-25 minutes to collect my order, only to find out it was a Marsala Fish. I asked the guy behind the counter (Mid-life Crisis age, hasn’t shaved in months) and he denied the fact I rang him and told him the order (Even though he was the one who answered the phone) and he said I was lying, I even showed him my call log on my phone which clearly shows I rang his shop 25 minutes ago. He was stubborn and cocky and demanded money. After much verbal abuse, i walked out. Since that day, I vouch never to visit this place.
