FULL MARKS FROM ME AND MY FAMILY ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL FOOD AND ALWAYS WARM WELCOMING FROM THE STAFF AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY CHILLED AND ENJOYING THEMSELVES. I REALISED SOME PEOPLE REVIEWED THIS PLACE AND HAD A MOAN IN REGARDS YO THE WAIT TIME FOR FOOD ... WELL U HAVE YO GET THERE A LOT EARLIER IF U ARE STARVING I WOULD DEFINITELY ADVISE BECAUSE THEY BECOME SO SO BUSY ITS RIDICULOUS TO THINK THEY CAN WORK MIRACLES AND SEE TO EVERYONE IN A MATTER OF A TIME THEY THINK IS REASONABLE ENOUGH?!!! THE STAFF WORK SO HARD ALWAYS RUNNING THERE ERAN'S AND ALWAYS MAKING SURE EVERYONE IS ENJOYING THERE FOOD AND ARE HAPPY. THE BUSYNESS OF THE PUB IS A BIG POSITIVE SIGN THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH THERE EXPERIENCE THERE. IVE NEVER WAITED A TERRIBLE LENGTH OF TIME FOR THE FOOD ORDERED EVER ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding!

From the moment we walked into Soho Tavern, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The staff here are simply amazing attentive without being intrusive, quick to help with recommendations, and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home.

Now, the food… wow! The mixed grill is nothing short of a masterpiece. Every bite was bursting with flavour perfectly seasoned, tender meats cooked to perfection, and an irresistible smoky char that made it impossible to put the fork down. The variety on the platter meant every mouthful brought something new, from juicy chicken to succulent lamb and perfectly grilled kebabs. Everything was fresh, hot, and beautifully presented.

What really makes Soho Tavern stand out is the consistency. Not only is the food top-notch, but the service is equally exceptional friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail.

With over two decades of exploration in Punjabi bar & grills, I've observed the evolution of this cuisine trend, from its beginning’s to its current popularity. Regrettably, my outing to Soho Tavern failed to meet even the most modest expectations. Soho Tavern's offerings rank among the lowest in the realm of Punjabi mixed grill restaurants in my opinion. The authentic flavors of Punjab seem to have vanished, replaced by dishes lacking the depth and richness of earlier times. It's disheartening to witness the growth of new grill establishments, only to serve disappointing and uninspired food. While the portion sizes at Soho Tavern are adequate, and the recent makeover has enhanced the ambiance, the same cannot be said for the food. The excessive emphasis on grilling has overshadowed the curries, leaving them empty of the vibrant flavors I once cherished. Overall, the dishes at Soho Tavern fail to capture the true essence of Punjabi cuisine. The lingering unpleasant aftertaste of the curries add further to the disappointment. Despite granting them the benefit of the doubt after reading many negative reviews, this visit proved to be the last for me. The service was also below average. Thus, I can only assign Soho Tavern a mere 1 star, hoping others may avoid a similar...
