Wah Wah Mirchi — Local services in Birmingham

Visited today gone downhill ….i asked a male staff a question he could not speak English and ignored me and walked away . At the till the cashier is putting my things in. To the till I am waiting to pay for my grocery and a male member of staff brings in another persons basket and started ringing there’s in between and as that finishes another customer starts putting his things in ..there are other people in the queue to be served .people are pushing in and are being served by the cashier whilst I am standing there . I said what’s going on ? I was told that they were staff .. so have they no manners to wait like the customers …never giving them any of my money again ..the staff have no respect for the customers .There was no apology . I came out back to my car and as the shop had parked their own vans on the side of the shop the ‘East end ‘delivery lorry decided to park on the road itself while he unloaded and took over 15 minutes blocking the seven cars behind him ., It was like it was okay to do this with no regard to the people behind the lorry and carry on . I used to go this shop regularly but having seen the nature of the staff and their attitude won’t bother again .The standards are not what they...

Had a bad experience here some days back. Bought couple of items, paid, and left shop. Later when bill checked, more items were billed. Went back to shop and said they have billed for more item and taken more money from me. Firstly they asked where is the items that's not in my bags! I said, I didn't buy it, but that they billed me for things that I didn't buy. They then checked bill, and went inside, may be to check camera. After 10 minutes, they said they can refund the difference. I then said, I want compensation too for wasting my time and robbing my money. They said they can't. I asked for manager and they said manager not present. They got who billed me then showed me a phone number on their wall and asked me to complain on that number. They were not at all sorry for what they did! So I felt it was something they do quite often, organised between personnel there. Their bill don't show what we buy, but call it by common name for almost all items. Very much to be doubted. So guys, beware of money being robbed when purchasing from this...

Generally i won't write reviews..but this incident makes me to write i came to UK recently i am from South India.. looking for South indian breakfast groceries.. someone recommend this supermarket i went in almost closing time i have done all the shopping and bill generated it was 9 pounds later on I came to know that i forgot the purse.i was worried and said i will collect the groceries tomorrow but the person said please take the groceries and you can pay bill tomorrow..it feels me strange because in UK even single pound also matter's,Thank you MR.USMAN Regarding groceries all Indian, Asian stuffs available Especially i found all South Indian pickles/breakfast are available...
