Reason for 2 stars is because of the service. I have bought this sub repeatedly, so I know what to expect. It had been a long time since I'd been to Subway, however, this time I think they had a new starter but it was his first time making my sub, and he started off fine but then he started making it wrong...the staff member standing next to him, rather than showing him how or even correcting him and telling him to fix it, she let him continue, but I could see she knew he messed up, so I decided to remain quiet and see what happens, I thought maybe I'm wrong and they've changed how they make that sub now (less meats)...so I let it continue too.
Once he put the sub to toast, the staff member standing next to him, corrected him when it was too late! But she did this in her own language which I'm familiar with and understood (Bollywood helps too lol), I found this to be quite poor service, customers should get what they pay for. Training should be better managed, I have trained people too and that too on the food business, you correct the staff at that point in time, this makes regulars see the consistency and not get annoyed at the inconvenience.
Won't be visiting this store for a while, maybe Subway as a whole is off...

The servers were all busy serving customers and my server in particular was trying to deal with 3 different things at once, so was a little distracted. Anyway, he ended up marking my sandwiches all wrong, so when I got home I immediately gave the gentleman I care for his sandwich, which ended up being mine, so I was out of a sandwich. As he had ate the majority of it before I even opened the other ones and realized the mistake. So I went back explaining this and they not only replaced and made me 3 fresh sandwiches, but also gave me the other 2 that were marked wrong, back. This is excellent customer service. The servers name is Ibtihaj, and he handled that issue perfectly. Other servers in other eateries should take a leaf out of his book. All servers that are currently working at this location are very good and well trained with excellent customer service..
