Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

Absolutely disgusting, bought a 12 inch and first found hair stuck to the bread. I should have thrown the baguette away. Rang the store and advised the male manager on Sat 24th Oct 2020. Next day the 2nd half of baguette I took a bite and hair came out from the inside of the baguette.

This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. Ended up vomiting and rang store to advise a female manager, who was tbh very polite and sincere. Please please take more measures as you guys are clearly losing hair. I will never eat from Subway again, I'm done with nasty places.. pic also posted on Subway Star city Google pics. Poor listening skills displayed by staff. Was given the wrong bread for my sub despite my telling the server what I wanted. Wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted but he went ahead and toasted it anyway. I may as well have just let the server decide what to give me instead of telling him my order since he didn't seem to care. The only good thing he did was to be generous with the salad and the sauces.

Despite the place not being busy, it took far too long to receive my order as the staff were too busy chatting with each other and generally displaying obnoxious, loud behaviour that is more suited for a night out with your mates instead of working behind a Subway counter.

The fact that this is the only Subway that doesn't offer a blue light discount says...

Awful! We ordered 4 sandwiches (£30) for the family,l. We visit subway regularly (bromsgrove and Redditch) as it’s our daughters favourite - we always enjoy. Unfortunately, this was the worst subway we have ever had. They got the order wrong on my wife’s sandwich. When she queried, they were rude and unapologetic and were smirking to each other. My sandwich was terrible- 3 bits of chicken and 7 slices of Cucumber for £7.50!! I asked for a refund but was refused. No offer to make a new sandwich and the servers looked and spoke to us like scum. We have never complained before as we are quite relaxed with most things but this was terrible food and terrible service. Avoid!!! Worst Subway. Food cold, soggy, tasteless and inedible ....
