If you’re ordering on the subway app, you’ll end up with a cold subway, the subway wasn’t even toasted, doesn’t allow you to add more than one sauce but when you go there you can add as many as you want. Twice I’ve ordered through the app, the lady that works there surely cannot read, it was a collection and requested for more than two sauces, she only let me add one extra sauce, when requesting for another she said she can’t amend the order since it was through the app, so then why did you let me add another sauce? It’s not a difference made, than me ordering through the app or ordering it in person. Everytime it’s ordered through the app the lady is always messing up the orders, since she knows no one is watching her making the food. Worst Subway I've been to. If you can avoid this place please do you'll thank me for it. Rude members of staff asked for 2 ft meals which 1 was made to order and second one was given as 6 inch meal said I had to pay for the extra 6 inch! Explained to the Employee twice who let her Ego in the way, then her colleague would not listen either. Asked for the manager, they did not allow me to speak to him or give his number. Told me to go away. Manager emailed me saying he will train the staff without listening what I had to say! Been over a week after promising to call me still not heard from him. Ordered a subway meal asked for a extra plastic empty drink cup so I can split the drink as I had my other kid with me and didn’t want to get a full drink for him as he was only 5 years old, the guy in the counter charged me £1 for an empty cup I didn’t fill up there as I already mentioned why I wanted it, it was the owner the guy who charged me as I no they own ashways shop next door, it was just an empty cup it put me off and I have never visited this subway ever again I felt ripped off, this...
