The Big Pizza Sheldon — Restaurant in Birmingham

Superb experience and excellent food. I visited the big pizza on its opening day where there was an offer of 50% off. The vibe was something else. In all honesty the wait wasn't that long as their pizzas take only 3 minutes to come out of their stone baked pizza oven. There was various activities on their opening day including 360 camera booth, contests to win prizes outside as well as artists drawing caricatures, magician's and balloon artists. This was great to see as it kept everyone entertained.

The staff were wearing colour co-ordinated uniform and were fully organised which was quite refreshing to see as usually within any other busy fast food place in Birmingham the behind the scenes would get hectic. It feels very nice to see your food is being prepared freshly and you can get to see the process of how they're making your food at first hand unlike many other pizzerias who tend to make the pizzas at the back.

I ordered the meal for four and it actually was enough for four people. The meal included an extra large pizza, a large pizza, 1 large fries, 1 regular fries and a Pepsi bottle. The pizza was sublime, crispy and cheesy. I opted for the picante pollo and the pollo cremoso. This place didn't shy away from using ingredients as it was well worth the price that I had paid.

I will totally recommend this place for anyone who wants good food at affordable prices as their prices seem quite reasonable for today's day and age where the cost of living is booming.

Well done to The Big Pizza team as this has been the missing piece to the puzzle of Sheldon that we have...

1st time visit. Customer service by staff on counter, superb! Warm welcome, however could see staff under pressure with many phone orders. Staff member was polite and corteous even during busy period amd did his best to give us a nice experience.

This was a dine in visit. 2 stars for the Pizza, I am very particular on Pizza, I don't eat it frequently but when I want to, for me it has to be an authentic taste.

This stonebaked pizza is nothing like the Wood Fired Pizza (The Triangle) in Solihull. The Triangle pizza have about 10-12 vegetarian options (halal meat eaters), but the flavour of the pizza and ingredients are superior.

The Big Pizza, was about value for money, great for bulk eating orders, if you have a large family, pizza was overloaded with toppings, cheese was excessive, and after 3 slices, for me it felt like eating stodge...not what I wanted personally. Pizza was Hot in Temperature which was a plus point, unfortunately the pizza was similar to Caspian, value for money yes, they have marketed well for a certain market/clientele and that is fine, if the business runs well it must be the public enjoy that style of pizza and there is nothing wrong in that.

Respectfully, I would not return back, I would take my money and spend at The Triangle. This is my opinion and mean no disrespect to thr establishment. The Big Pizza wont be for everyone, probably 2% of us.

My wife, was eager to try this place as she prefers meat/chicken on Pizza, she would return here but again not frequently.

Finally a stone baked pizza shop have opened up in sheldon. I have been wanting to see stone baked pizza shop like this for years and finally!!!!

The food at the big pizza is fresh and very filling. The polo twist and the burgers as well as spicy wings has become a family favourite,Superb fresh and delicious So many options to choose from.

I went on the opening day it was very busy , i knew i aint gonna get served in 10 mins, all i can say it was worth the wait, especially in this day and age with prices at all high and sky..who's gonna miss an opportunity 50% of everything offer, Very well managed and organised.

The pizza is prepared right infront of your eye's,the decor is slick and refreshing . once you tried this place you will forget all the nonsense pizza shops which i never have rated. This place QUALITY over Quantity.... spend your money here you wont be disappointed!!!. Really recommend these guys. Great variety of food and customer service is on a next level.
