We've been to the Bulls Head pub around 10 times and it's located in a nice place not far from Birmingham town centre. It was a Bank Holiday when we visited, the Pub was nice and warm as usual. Hannah the Manager of Pub was extremely nice and a credit to the company. My overall score for all the 10+ visits we have done over the past 2 years to this pub is 8.5/10. Their Chicken Burger & Fish + Chips is spot on, and I would say the best on their menu. I think it's called the Ultimate Burger. The Fisherman's Catch & Halumi + Chips is great too, especially for those who are Vegitarian. I know the 'Steak Pie Guiness' is one of their popular dishes but it's not for me, and that's a personal preference but Guiness lovers will love it! The management and company value their reputation and rightly are proud of it. Location wise it's close to Solihull and only 10 mins from City Centre. It's a big pub and the decor is real nice. Go grab yourself some nice Pub grub at Bulls...

This isn't our first time visiting the Bulls Head, we met up with friends who we haven't seen for some time, so the convenience of the pub's location was good. As soon as we walked in there was a lovely clean, tidy and friendly atmosphere where we were shown to our pre-booked table, as a result of a reservation made on the Ember website, which was easy to do. not rushed into making our food choices from the clean and easy to read menus that were on our table. Went to the bar and made our choices. The barman was friendly, informative and very helpful with questions about the menu. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the staff were great. We had a wonderful time chatting all night and had a proper catch up with our friends. Big thank you to the staff as we will definitely use The...

Re 60th birthday celebrations 02/06 A very big thank you to all the team for making my birthday celebrations a day to remember From hot and delicious food ordered from the set menus It allowed my guests to choose a variety to suit all tastes The lady allocated to my tables made my guest feel like known them for years with her pleasent smile Promt service and nothing to much trouble To the team behind the bar for all the support with using the embers inn app This was a outstanding opportunity to gain some fantastic discount and also allowed me to keep up with my spending as I was paying for drinks rounds A special thank you to Hannah for all support during the day in which we decided to stay on for quiz night and play your cards right All hosted by max

Looking forward to a return...

Took the family to "Santas Breakfast", Santa and his Elf were amazing with both the children and the adults, the breakfasts were good proportions and relatively cheap. From that prospective an excellent morning with Santa. Negative: The disgusting state of the men's toilets. Used toilet paper on the floor. Broken toilet seat covered in urine. Un-flushed toilets with excrement. Broken toilet door lock, no way to secure the door in a closed position. Middle wash basin not working and soiled tissue paper in the sink. Who ever is responsible for the servicing and the hygienic upkeep of this facility needs to step up to the mark, its a complete let down to the rest of this establishments high standards. Consequently I shall never return to this public house.

First time, dropped in to have some lunch with my family, what a nice friendly place, the locals welcomed you in! That's a first...the fire was lit and it was a welcoming warmth, sat down checked the menus and ordered food, l was surprised of how the food was cooked fresh and very tasty, very enjoyable, though about 1hr from home a very nice place to go, if we are in the location again, sure to pop in, good food and a nice place to go. Well done Bulls Head.
